Can I make changes to my character?

Q. My character has been accepted and approved but now I think I would like to make some changes. Is that going to be possible?

A. It may be possible but all cases are considered on an individual basis. If you feel you need to make changes or expand on any aspect of your characters background post your suggested alteration in your Player compendium and a moderator will approve the changes or work with you to make them more acceptable. It will be helpful to track possible changes in your Character Development.

If you simply want to add more details to the NPC's in your background and the relation you have with them, in most cases that is simply providing colour and you can do so without further checking. Just keep a list of details in your Player compendium. What you should remember is that you need approval if such colour would be a distinct advantage to your character, or a significant change.

In the same vein you are allowed to design a personality for your background NPC's but we do not want your background to end up reading like a storybook. As such we might intervene if all your background NPC's are very doting, carefree and giving without something to balance this. Likewise we would worry if all your background NPC's are evil and out to get you. Realism is the key here.
